Ghana’s leading telecommunications services provider, MTN, has honoured its promise to fly 24 customers who won the holiday trip category in the MTN @20 promotion. The winners of the promotion have just returned from an all-expense paid trip to Dubai.
The winners, who travelled with their partners as part of the prize package, enjoyed a one-week stay at a five-star hotel and received $500 dollars spending money. They engaged in fun activities during their
trip, including a tour around the city of Dubai, a Cruise Dinner and a desert safari tour amongst others.
In an interactive session with the winners, the MTN Senior Manager for Consumer Marketing, Mrs. Nana Asantewaa Amegashie, expressed her excitement over the opportunity MTN had provided the winners. She said, MTN is committed to adopting innovative ways to keep customers excited with relevant products, services and promotions.
Madam Ingrid Acheampong, an MTN customer and a businesswoman who has been on the network for the past 16 years, could not hide her joy after winning a ticket to Dubai with her partner.
She said, ”I am so excited with the rewards I have received from MTN. Apart from this trip I won a phone a few days after I misplaced the one I was using; that truly was a miracle for me. This made me conclude that MTN promotions are real and authentic. I am indeed grateful to MTN and wish them the very best in the years ahead as they celebrate their 20th anniversary”.
The MTN 20th Anniversary Mega Promotion was launched in May 2016 as part of celebrations marking the two-decade milestone and was aimed at rewarding MTN subscribers with exciting prizes. At the end of the promotion in August, six customers were proud winners of brand new 2016 edition Range Rover Sports Vehicles while six other customers won two bedroom houses provided by Devtraco Ghana Ltd. Many more customers won cash prizes, high-end 4G mobile devices and airtime worth over Gh₵300,000.00.
MTN continues to excite its customers with promotions such as 100% bonus on 4G data top up, 100% bonus on EVD (Electronic Voucher Device) top-up, 100% bonus on Mobile Money airtime top up, free talk time on MTN Pulse and also the Free-after-1 promotion.
