Light, camera, sound, action!
It was all joy at studio B within the premises of MGTV in Kasseh-Ada on Sunday night during the official launch of the maiden edition of Miss Ada, a live reality beauty pageant organized by Mega Group of Companies.
The theme for the pageant is ‘Unveiling Beauty Through The Cultural Heritage of The Adas.’
The occasion was graced by personalities like Naana Domaaley Dagodzo I, paramount Queenmother of Ada who also happens to be the matron for the program, Nene Dameh Agbewornu II chief of Sege. 
Judges for the day were Naana Adede Akrofi I, Queenmother of Amlakpo and Mr. Dzagbletey, a renowned dramatist and radio presenter.
The contestants ate eight beautiful, eloquent and gorgeous ladies from the various clans in Ada. Each of them made a presentation during which they highlighted their respective projects to be undertaken should they be crowned Miss Ada 2016.
Each contestant had the opportunity to showcase a rich cultural display of dances, beautiful kente, beads and accessories.
The CEO of Mega group of companies, Apostle Ocansey also the General Overseer of International Generation Ministry said the purpose for the pageant is to sell Ada to the rest of the world.
The ladies will be housed for eight (8) weeks after which one will wear the crown, with the winner chosen through voting through texts by the public as well as marks from the judges.
The program will be aired live every Sunday at 6:30 pm on Mega TV which on Multi TV across Ghana and beyond.
Main sponsors for the pageant are Mega Water and Alphamega Micro Finance Ltd.
