Another “Wee” peddler busted at Sege
The Sege District Police command on 21st July 2020 arrested 33-year old disabled motor mechanic, Jerry Sheriff for possessing 107 rapped dried leaves suspected to be cannabis/ Sativa.
Police arrested him in a swoop led by the District Police Commander DSP George Aboagye.
In an interview with the adacommunityonline.com, DSP George Aboagye stated that they have been on their toes determined to ensure a peaceful environment in the Sege township and the district at large.
He said police gathered information about the suspect’s (one leg amputee) dealing in narcotic drugs hence his ambushed arrest.
“We had information that he has been dealing in narcotic drugs so police organize themselves led by myself and we arrested him in a hideout”
He appeared before the Sogakorpe Circuit Court on Monday 27th July 2020 and was fined GHC 1,200.” He added
