Virginia based Ga-Dangbe Association donate to Ada District Hospital

Dr. Narh, the doctor in charge of the facility expressed his profound gratitude for this gesture. In return, he presented the Ga-Dangbe Association, Virginia with salt which signifies the preservation of life and coconut which is the Heaven Malt.

Mr. Nii Amu Doodu who is the president of the Ga-Dangbe Association Int. In his remarks said this presentation is just the tip of the iceberg because there’s another shipment on the way.
He also stated that the Association has adopted Ada and will help them in the field of health and education.

There was a rich cultural display by the Big Ada D/A school where some dances like Kpatsa and Klama were displayed.

The cadet from the same school was also at parade. I’m happy to say the Association has promised to provide the cadet with all the necessary equipments they will need.

Some of Naana’s projects are taking care of the aged and supplying the needs of children who fall in the school going age. As well, she’s also the brain behind the Miss Asafotu pageant and the cooking competition for three (3)yrs running.

In attendance were chiefs, queen mothers, heads of the various health posts in the district, representatives from both Ada East and West Districts, media and the general public.

At her residence , she distributed free lunch and school supplies to the kids in her vicinity.
