The Kumasi giants won 1-0 in the first leg two weeks ago in Kumasi but they failed to defend that solitary lead in the return leg.

The Ghanaian side paid for their profligacy and before the first half came to an end they conceded the first goal.
Kotoko dominated the entire second half but they failed to get the needed equalizer.
Out of the 12 kicks, Kotoko scored 5 as against CARA’s 6.
