Ghana’s senior female football team, the Black Queens, will play Tunisia at 3pm today (Tuesday) in the second leg of the African Women’s Championship qualifier at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Ghana recorded a 2-1 victory in Tunis two last Wednesday and are confident to oust the Tunisians to qualify for the 10th edition of the African Women’s Championship in Cameroon scheduled for 19 November to 3 December 2016.
Goalkeeper Patricia Mantey will be missing this afternoon’s crucial encounter after she was red carded last Wednesday in Tunis.
Head coach, Yussif Basigi is likely to maintain the same line –up against the North Africans with Fafali Dumahashi taking the place of Mantey
Probable starting line-up for the match:
Fafali Dumahashi, Hillia Kobblah, Cynthia Adobea, Linda Eshun, Janet Egyir, Juliet Acheampong, Mercy Myles(C), Samira Sulemana, Portia Boakye, Priscilla Adobea, Wasila Dewura.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Football Association has announced that the gates will be free for all.
